Adding Node Allocations

In order to create any kind of server on the panel you must have allocations assigned to the node you are wanting to add servers on, below are some of the following parameters that must be set in order for you to create a server.

Locating the Allocations section

Head over to the nodes section of the pterodactyl admin side of the panel

You now need to select your Node by clicking on the name

Head to the Allocations Tab found at the top of the window and click on it.

You should now be presented with a blank Allocations page, please direct your attention towards the Assign New Allocations section and fill in the following boxes with your information, here is an example entry.

The IP address field accepts a single IP address, but multiple can be provided using CIDR notation.

You can now submit your Allocations and they will be saved and ready for your server creation process. You

Allocating a Port Range

Pterodactyl supports adding a block of ports to a single IP address this can be done by putting a dash between the range of ports you would like, for example if you want every port from 2000 all the way up to 2020 you could create a port entry like seen below. You can allocate multiple blocks at once by separating them with commas.
